Meet Meghan

As I have searched the hidden threads of scripture, cosmology, ancient civilizations, psychology, symbolism, history, and mythology, I have been led to see how they all teach a singular, universal pattern of transformation, healing, and growth. This framework serves as the foundation for my work. 


Hidden Wisdom exists based on my desire to help others recognize these sacred patterns and embody them in everyday life. I have been blessed to see how they empower and ennoble women, men, young adults, and couples to see life through a clear lens, understand their internal eco-systems, and choose into healing and growth for themselves and their relationships.


My work blends Christ-centered esotericism with ancient wisdom, nervous system healing, contemplative practice, and practical tools for transformation. Whether through the podcast, the Hidden Wisdom App and pathway programs, group and individual mentorship, or retreats, my hope is to create spaces where people feel safe to heal, remember their divine identity, and participate more consciously in their own unfolding.


I don't believe we're meant to simply collect spiritual knowledge. We're invited to become living expressions of it.
