Guided Spiritual Healing Practices (breathwork, journaling, somatic release)
This isn't just about tuning your mentality or growing your intellect. Meghan will also be teaching basic and simple practices to help bring what you are learning into your physical reality.
Small-Group setting, for safety and connection (only 20 spots available!)
In our premier group, we have space for a total of only 20 women. The small group allows for more intimacy, while also maintaining privacy and a sense of wellbeing and safety for women to bear their hearts (as much or as little as they feel called to!)
Lifetime access to materials and community
Each session will be recorded, and you'll be granted access so that you can independently review the program whenever you'd like for the rest of time! You'll also have lifetime access to the community and a private group featuring the women from your circle.

Return to the Garden is a Christ-centered group mentorship experience for women ready to heal shame, reclaim their divine identity, and walk in sacred feminine power. It’s designed for women of faith who feel called to deeper spiritual restoration and embodiment.
While the program is rooted in Christian teachings and especially resonates with Latter-day Saint women, all spiritually seeking women who desire a relationship with God and feminine restoration are welcome.
The program runs for 8–12 weeks (depending on your structure) with one 90-minute session each week, plus optional integration practices. Most women spend 2–3 hours/week engaging with the content.
Yes, all live calls are recorded and uploaded to your private course portal within 24 hours.
This is a mentorship and spiritual coaching program, not clinical therapy. We hold space for emotional healing, but we also recommend professional therapeutic support if needed.
